        Ugh fighting over $35 I know is stupid but the day I went in was a Saturday and they said they couldn't bill BlueCross on Saturdays so I had to pay $89 and get reimbursed when they got payment from BlueCross. Well a few weeks later BlueCross showed they had paid $208 and that I owed $54 out of pocket if I hadn't already paid. Well my copay is only $20 for a routine eye exam but BlueCross said they did other stuff that wasn't covered. I called their office and they told me BlueCross had never paid them (which I could see they had) and that I would have to get something from BC and send to them. Anyway my exam was in November it is now March 2 weeks ago the manager said she would mail me a check. Still waiting!!!!!!

        1 year ago, my girlfriend went to get contacts at this place. We have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance with a $25 copay for the exam. It covers up to $130 of the price of contacts. My girlfriend was told she had to pay $89 for the exam and $200, the full price for her contacts. And she would be reimbursed the difference in what our insurance didn't cover. She paid the $289 and ordered her contacts. A month later, she had to call their office to tell them she had not been reimbursed yet.

        Today, Feb. 27th, 2016...the very same thing happened!!! She was told it would be $89 for the exam and $200 for her contacts. She paid the $89 for the exam and was told she could not have her prescription to order the contacts until she paid $200!!! She said no.

        The office staff are very rude, and unprofessional! They do not know how to handle a patient with insurance or how to deal with the paperwork involved. We will NOT ever return to this place again!!! Buyer beware!!!

        Was not thrilled with this eye doctor. Only went there because I was was covered under my husbands insurance.
