Dentures and Dental Services

I paid over 4000 for a pair of dentures with a ten yr warrenty what a joke!! I called to get a reline cause my dentures are so big I can't even glue them in and they informed me that would be another $300. You have to be kidding me? Read the fine print before you pay those friggin high prices for a fancy ten yr. warrenty cause it's not cheap and don't even cover basic services and left with a moth full of big floppy expensive teeth you can't even wear. So not happy!!!

Everyone there has been so nice and when I had my 18 teeth pulled the dentist was extremly patient & comforting,it has now been 9 months and I have not seen the dentist himself since, the girls are very good at what they do and my top plate fits & looks great but the bottoms are a very different story, the just wont stay in place no matter which adhesive I use and Its very difficult to eat anything, they tell me this is normal and that the posts will help but I need to wait till I have had them for a year to get posts, I am proud of my smile again,but sure miss being able to eat,especially in public.

this business leaves you hanging when you have teeth top and bottom surgically removed and don't help you through with something for pain. my husband was given pain medication the first day to last 3 days for having all of the top teeth surgically removed, 4 days later he had the bottom surgically removed with a prescription for pain medication to last 2-3 more days. today may 17th he went back for a follow up to have stitches removed, but he was told that the dr. would not give him another prescription for pain medication because he should have had plenty left according to staff, when what he was prescribed was only written for 3 days each time and it has been a total of 9 days since this procedure started. the staff is very uncaring and does not care if the patient is hurting or not. why should they it is not them hurting. the dentist that took care of my husband was very kind and caring and was being run ragged because of being short staffed. he called my husband the first night checking to see if he was doing ok, because he had such a hard time removing the teeth. we didn't understand why the staff would make an appointment for the patient when their dentist was not evengoing to be there, this was the case for my husband today. so staff said that my husband would have to wait until Monday to talk to him about any pain medication. my husband was told by staff to use warm salt water and ibuprofen for the pain which makes my husband nauseated. so what it all comes down to is you just have to suck it up and suffer. I was taught un nursing school that pain is what the patient says it is not what staff thinks it is.

Despite the lack of compassion from the aids (nurses?) The dentist Shelby Johns was wonderful. He did a great job very happy with my teeth just not so much for the lack of help and compassion from the aids.

they are awesome, quick appts.,very helpful with problems. I have always avoided dentists like the plague, but would recommend this office to anyone who needs dentures.

In my quest to replace my dentures, I had no idea who to turn to. I was tired of paying extremely high prices for dental work because I had to go through my dentist to get the work done. After-all, he was just sending the work out to a Lab and adding his hugh fee on top for doing nothing. Then I found "DENTURES and DENTAL SERVICES". My prayers were answered. Not only did they have a very good Dentist on staff to oversee the entire process, their lab techs were extemely qualified and very very nice. From the front office girls to the back lab, I was treated very well and the Dentists and Lab Techs were outstanding. I am so lucky to have found Dentures and Dental Services. Not only did I save a HUGH amount of money, I got a new set of Premium Quality dentures that fit and work better than my original pair. It was done in a very timely manor and they took my Insurance. I was never pressured and was given all the time I needed to make any adjustments that I felt necessary. They were truly there to help me. I highly recommend this company to all who have a need for dental work of "ALL" types. Why pay more when you can get it done RIGHT, the First time, for less.
