Dental Depot

The dentist and hygenist were great, I bragged to several of my co workers. I was told that my cleaning was preventative and it was included in the price. Ended up needing deep cleaning which is quite a bit more. I said I would have to reschedule in two days as it would be payday and I would rather pay with cash. I stressed to the benefit lady and the lady taking payments that I had a check coming out of my account and I could not use my debit card until after my account was cleared. They talked me into letting them take my debit number and said that they would hold it until Monday at close before running it in my account. Again, Let me STRESS that I was going to reschedule. The recepitionist made a note to hold my account until Monday, wrote Monday's date and all seemed well. They ran my debit card first thing on Monday morning. I found out when I went by to pay them cash. Its not that is was that much, but I had an unexpectant emergency in my account and that debit caused me to be overdrawn and have several charges. When I called the manager, I was treated very rudley on the phone, when I stopped in she acted very nice and said she would take the debit off my account and I went ahead and paid her cash. Two days later it was still not taken off my account. When I called back, another lady was VERY rude. I asked to speak to someone else, she informed me that there was not anyone else to talk to. I told her that if we called the bank before noon, they would take the debit off the account and the lady said, well sorry, there is not anyone that can help you. I felt totally helpless! Asked her for a number so I could call and complain to someone and see if someone would help me. She again informed me that there was not anyone else that could help me. said that the manager was in an interview. I asked if I could talk to someone else, she informed me that there was no one else and she could not disturb the interview, I was out of luck until after the interview even if it meant several more charges to my account. I had already paid cash when we told me she took the debit off my account. I cannot believe a business would lie to a customer and refuse to help them when they are at fauilt. Rude behavior, told that they could not go any higher than the office manager and there was no one affiliated with Dental Depot that could help me other than the manager. I was refused help and treated very badly by employees that I help pay to keep in service. Is it true that the manager is the last line of command in this business? Like I said, I was thrilled with the hygentist and dentist...but I would not go back to this place because they staff lies and treats their customers very rudely when a problem arises. BAD BAD BAD

the dentist Jones that works here and his staff was awesome! i will highly recommend this place!!! A+
