For my sister's wedding, we decided to book this spa for the bridal party b/c of its proximity to q bar from which mimosas could be procured. Unfortunately this was barely even a spa. It was a conference room on the third floor of the Waterford right off the elevator where hotel could / had to stand and stare at us as the entire time they were waiting for the elevator. We really should have just gone to the mall because it would have been classier and all of our pedicures wouldn't have been administered from the same oversized, barely sanitized stainless steel bowl. Yes, a bowl, not one of those fancy massage chairs with basins that have running water - just a bowl. They also had the audacity to charge $95 per person for this service. $95! They didn't even offer us so much as a glass of tap water until we started complaining. This was no where near worth the price nor was it what one would begin to expect from a service hosted at the Waterford. A complete and utter disappointment. Save your time and money and visit any salon in any strip mall and you will enjoy yourself much more.
