Batteries Plus Bulbs

This NW 63rd street store has incompetent employees working the floor. You never keep a customer waiting 45 minutes to assist when you have only 3 persons in the store. You never explain to the customer your store has faulty equipment or explain you're too busy to assist them. Batteries Plus really should close this particular store because you have the poorest customer service and your employees need to be retrained.

Took an Optima Yellowtop back that was still under warranty. We had already checked it on the battery charger at home, the charger did not even recognize that a battery was hooked up. The scam artist at this store claimed it was charging but would not allow us to see the display. On the way out of the store, the scam artist offered to take the battery off our hands for recycling. Went to another Batteries Plus on the south side of OKC. They checked it and replaced - no hassle, no lying, no cheating.

Our family purchased batteries for wheelchair. They did not last long we tried to return them. The warrenty was still good. Battery plus bulbs refused to honor it. They claimed we did not charge them proper. This is not accurate. There are no postings in the store anywhere on what is covered. Or we're not verbally told. Nor are there directions on how to charge the batteries according to them. We were in need of batteries. Had to purchase more there. Now stuck with 2nd set. And live several hours from store. We called main office they to refuse to help. So beware.
