The WORST service I've experienced in a Long time! Dropped off a tank to have some work done on it. At the time I was given a price for the work to be performed and was told that it would be ready for pick up the following day.

Still no call after two weeks - so I called them. Said it was ready to come pick it up. When I got there, the price was almost DOUBLE what they had quoted me for the work to be done. The "lady" at the front desk was very rude, even calling me a liar saying that she didn't quote me anything. She had previously called the man that performed the work (when I dropped it off) and got the prices from him and wrote them down to show me. They charged me for filling up my tank too...even though it was FULL when I brought it in!

When I asked why it also took 2 weeks, she said he had been trying to call me. Even though they had my work and cell numbers, I didn't receive any calls. On top of that, the thread sealant on the repair of the tank was still fresh and wet - not hardened and two weeks old.

When I asked to speak to a manager, she immediately said "He's busy!" without even checking. I asked when he would be un-busy, and she said "No telling...he's a busy man!" No wonder he's a busy man...must be taking care of a great deal of angry customers with service like this.

I was also going to have them fill another tank for me, but chose to do it elsewhere (which was actually cheaper).

Will never do business here again, and I urge you not to either.

Great business, very customer service oriented and friendly. Would recommend to anyone needing help with propane related questions.

I woke up to no heat in the middle of the night, so I went first thing in the morning to tractor supply, where they sell propane for 1.99 per gallon. Unfortunately they had just run out, so I drove 3 miles down the road to American propane expecting a similar priced. Much to my shock and dismay I was charged $3.41 a gallon. now I understand how they got that fancy building… They are a rip off. Screw me once shame on you screw me twice not a chance.
