I called yesterday to set up an appointment. They said someone would be here between 11 and 1 today. I called at 1 pm today (day of the appointment) and she said he was finishing up and would be out here when he was done. Its now 2:50 and i've called all 3 numbers on the business card at least 20 times and no one will answer.

Talked to Roberto 4 times. Each time he said he was sending someone to measure, order and replace glass. I gave up after 2 months. Bad business practices and poor service.
