Horrible experience for not just me, but my mom too. The lady at the front desk was rude, the nurse was rude, even the doctor was rude! I can't explain how frustrating it is to be sick and then not feel cared about, or at least not important enough to not be completely rude to! Never have liked going to this place and will only go if sick on a weekend and can't get into a regular doctor office. Horrible experience.
This is an A-class urgent care. They are inviting and very accommodating. The providers listen and didn't make me feel rushed. If they close at 8pm they take patients until 8pm. They don't stop seeing patients at 7pm so they can leave at 8pm. The only complaint I have is the African American woman that does the vitals wasn't very nice at all in the beginning, but she warmed up by the time I left. Super busy clinic but they were there for me and I will be taking my business there.

We went and twice now they failed to do their job competently. Both times they didn't get mine and my daughters prescriptions put in the computer or sent to the pharmacy. My daughter had strep and had to wait 2 days for them to send her script over. I got fortunate and they sent mine over next day. I have had nothing but horrible experiences here and will not go back would rather go to emergency room.
I have used them for years and they do a pretty good job.
physician's assistant and technician's were very incompetent. PA. was very rude and the radiology tech. not only refused to give the patient a vest for the x-ray, even though she had to repeat if four times, but refused to allow me into the room.
The facility and doctors are excellent; have use them a lot over the years.............
