        Rude Employees and Manager

        My daughter went to exchange some things. They followed them every where making comments. One girl told her she couldn't go down that isle. Then the police showed up. Charles the manager said they were there for lunch.. At 5:44? We have shopped there for years. NEVER AGAIN! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!!

        Great customer service!

        I had a bad experience with the Norman branch over a defective item but these guys quickly assessed the situation and understood that the defective item should have been returned without question and let me return it and get a new one.
