I had a great experience at The Wedding Bell. The staff was great and I found my dress. I highly recommend shopping there!

I walked out of this place. If you like white dresses, do not go here! They only have Ivory dresses in the store; if you want a white one, you have to special order it and you can't even see a sample! They also have a pretty small selection, really just 3 racks of dresses. The sales person (notice I did not say consultant) was horrible! She didn't help me pick dresses out at all, she didn't listen to me and she was outright rude to my mom! My mom was asking a question about one of the dresses and the sales person told her off!!! She was so totally rude, I immediately got out of the dress and left. I am not going to spend that kind of money to have someone be mean to my family.

They do have what is "in", but I wouldn't say they have a large selection. It is clean and reliable. Not a horrible place. My only reason for a lower rating is the people. They are not very friendly. Many times I found myself standing there with no help. Overall, my dress was there on time and everything went well, but don't expect a friendly welcome and smiles.



They need to remember that this is a person's wedding. Many times there first and only, they want that magical experience. It's sad to walk in and already feel that you are a burden.
