Wells Paving & Seal Coating

This company did a great job re-finishing our driveway, but up-charged me 25% after the fact for using more material than they expected. They also claimed seal coating the driveway 3 months later was included in the package, as we paid $10,000 to fix and re-pave our driveway. 3 months later, the owner argued over the phone seal coating is never part of a package and would cost additional money. If you use this company, have everything in writing and inform them to stop work and explain the situation, else you will be paying more than your contract. They do great work, but will nickle and dime you.

I had been preiously advised by two builder/contractors that this driveway area could not be improved to accomodate water/rain drainage and that it would take a considerable amount of work AND expense to create a "mesh based" drainage system with underground piping etc. This turns out NOT to be the case and was immediately defined at a reasonable cost by Wells Paving & Sealing professional on estimating the problems. I would recommend Wells services to any commercial or residential client. Thank you for bringing your years of experience to solve my problem.
