EZ Repair

*SCAM ALERT. Don’t get a cell phone repair at EZ Repair located in Ogdensburg, NY. I called this guy and explained the damage to my phone before driving an hour there to drop it off, two weeks ago. A $129 repair that he told me it would cost turned into a phone with missing parts, lies, and a demand for $250 to get back a still broken phone. This guy posted this on his Facebook the day after I gave him my device. We had not even spoken yet about the repairs or if he could fix it. I specially said if he could not repair the phone to give it back in the condition I gave it to him in. After my phone call yesterday he has taken down his post and denied that he was talking about me or my phone, which is a lie. He also promised to mail back the screen I bought since he could not use it. He did not, I have the tracking info. He also claimed I gave him a phone without a home button, which I did. You can see it in the photo he posted. This is extremely unprofessional and worth every complaint that I make just to oust this man. (BBB, FB, and Yelp reviews are hard to get rid of). I won’t get my iPhone back without paying him $250 but I have a better suggestion of what he can do with my phone. 🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼
