Elite Car Wash

Sun Roof won't open all the way now! Have taken my car through here 3 times. Each time it sounds like the roof of my car is being ripped off. The first time I didn't notice anything once I got out. The 2nd time I heard the roof pop back into place when I got out and closed the door. The 3rd time I pulled over in front of the office to check and yep, there was a huge dent on my roof. I was able to push it back from the inside but now by Sun roof doesn't open all the way. Something between the outside roof and the inside lining is bent and the sunroof stops. I called the office and was told I was a liar. There is absolutely no reason a car wash has to exert that much pressure! My husband has a truck with a sunroof and he said the first time he went through it was trying to lift the sunroof up. What is wrong with this place? You would think they would at least show some concern but instead they call those who complain liars because there are new suckers lining up to use the wash. Eventually they will close or be forced to repair their system. On other sites patrons have complained about scratches and dents as well.
