Cinemark Theaters

I will never go back to this theater again! I work at a residential facility for handicapped adults. On Thursday Nov 13th i brought about 10 residents and myself to a matinee, The residents were so excited to get a soda to drink with the movie, then we see they have the nerve to charge 4.10 for a small soda! The cup couldn't have held more than 8 oz! They didn't have enough money left over for even a small drink! When we asked a girl who said she was the manager if there was anyway they could discount the soda for us she said they couldn't do it! The residents were very disappointed, We will NEVER go back to this greedy theater!!

Friendly staff & love the location

I placed an order and paid extra for overnight shipping. It's now almost 3 weeks later and I still have not received my merchandise. No one answers the customer service phone number. You just get a recording telling you the mailbox is full and can not receive any more messages. I also tried emailing customer service, but have not received a reply. The charge has hit my credit card -- but I still don't have my order.
