        the real scoop

        If you like smorgasboard restaurants, then this one beats em' all spoons down! I think it's better in several catagories than the Golden Corral. Chuck A Rama has a better food selection, the warming dishes never sit empty, the counters, floor, windows, tables and eating implements were all clean when I went there. The servers never kept you waiting; if you need something, they just knew. The price is okayish. But my favorite treat was the chocolate peanut-butter pizza-shaped sweets that make you want to start with dessert first! Good stuff. Unfortunately, I ate too much food, because it just tasted soooo gooood!

        Ogden has the very best Chuck A Rama anywhere. The food is super, and the Manager is Helpful, Pretty, Nice, and her staff is well trained and quick.



        Try out this Chuck A Rama, and ask for Gina. Tell her the old lady sent you.

        Operational for more than 40 years, Chuck-A-Rama Buffet is a casual dining restaurant that serves the residents of Idaho and Utah. The restaurant specializes in European entrees, lasagnas, spaghetti sauces and seafood dishes. It offers homemade soups, roasted turkey breasts, barbecued spareribs and chuck wagon beans.
