        I have purchased 4 appliances from Gail's Appliances and all worked well and lasted. I bought 2 dryers, 1 refrigerator, 1 freezer. The staff representatives were welcoming and helpful. I also saw Gail support the community with a heart of gold...surely God will return her seeds of kindness 100 fold. I live and work in Midland but I drive to Gail's for her honesty and services.         We repaired your appliance for free due to your circumstances. Our warranty states we will make repairs for free and only charge for parts on the repair. Yet you still rated our business poorly.

        BEWARE! Scammed Us! Calling BBB

        Said they would fix Washer they sold to us for Free! We lost our job!..Great timing, They are saying $130 or its thrown out in 10 Days. We even delivered it to them..Turning into BBB
