Enigma is in my opinion the best tattoo shop in Odessa. They have awesome tattoo artists and are very friendly. I've gotten several tattoos from them and wouldn't go anywhere else. Best deals, best staff, all around awesome place. You'd be a fool not to give this place a try!!!!
