        I recently went to this location after making the mistake of going to another location that was a nightmare.

        The staff at Discount tire were extremely helpful I was planning to go out of town in my RV, but first needed to replace two wornout tires. I made the mistake of going to a less profesional "TIRE BUSINESS" earlier in hopes of a good deal, and almost ran out of time after finding out that the other business had no business being in the tire business. We were planning on leaving on a camping trip @ 4:00 pm. I made it to Discount Tire @ approx. 12:30, and explained my problem to the sales staff. They said that they would try and get me out by 3:00 pm. The place was full and i could see that plenty of other vehicles were already waiting. They did replace my tires, and had me on the road as scheduled. Thanks, you have a return customer.

        My wife had a flat so she went up there to get it fixed. They tried to sell her a new set of tires telling her that her tires were low on tread. The car is 5 months old and only had 10,000 miles on it. That’s trying to take advantage of someone. That’s not right.

        Pack a lunch and sleeping bag if you stop in here, their average turnaround on 4 tires is longer than the amount of time it takes to walk down the street and buy a new car!
