Crash Masters

I have used these guys several times and they have done a great job every time. Tonight I called my insurance company roadside assistance and they sent another company. After a 2 hour wait, the guy showed up mad, then told us he wasnt going to help us. I called Roadside Assistance again and insisted on Crash Masters. They promptly showed up, loaded my truck and took it to my house. It was 10 O'clock at night but the guy said that wasnt a problem. He made sure everything was ok before he left. Crash Masters will always get my business.

Has my F-350 towed from Sewell to Rogers coats me $180

I have used this tow Company on several occasions and have been satisfied every time, their drivers were careful with my vehicles every time and I had no bad experiencesI use them I frequent basis and often recommend them to friends

I haven't had the privilege of using their service. But after the near brush with death not 10 minutes ago & then the apparent disregard of LIFE & FAMILY from the owners own mouth I will NEVER use them or recommend them to ANYONE!!! The driver, hauling a truck swerved into ongoing traffic to the middle lane & then entered oncoming traffic with no turn signal almost causing a three car/truck pile up. Then proceeded to the next intersection to turn with NO turn signal again! I called the owner right away & was told that I shouldn't be upset. What the heck! I could have left three small children parentless & without a family. I think my reaction was quite warranted! In the back ground it sounded like he was enjoying the company of his family.

Terrible experience. We hired these guys to move our vehicle from one point to the other. By the time it reached point B - the vehicle had accumulated more damage. They initially denied responsibility and were very rude about it. Eventually they offered me five dollars compensation for the damage (which does not even come close to paying for the additional damage). We turned down the five dollars and they left in a huff.



WARNING - do not use this wrecker service. Irresponsible business practice and terrible demeanor to boot.

WORST TOWING COMPANY IN TOWN!

Driver took 5 hours to arrive, damaged the vehicle (crushed fog lamp, ripped off bumper, dragged vehicle with e-brake engaged), and proceeded to argue with us. As the case escalated, the manager was called in and stated that they weren't responsible for anything, including the damages. NEGLIGENT, IRRESPONSIBLE, INSULTING, UNDEPENDABLE IDIOTS!

Great Service, called them from the side of the road in an emergency situation and they picked me up very quickly. Very reasonable pricing as well.
