CapStar Drilling s rigs are capable of drilling vertical, directional and horizontal wells up to 12,000 feet. It maintains duplex and triplex mud pumps for conventional fluids and overbalanced drilling and compressor packages for loading the well bore. The company is owned and operated by Oil States International, which is one of the leading manufactures of products for deepwater production facilities and subsea pipelines in the oil and gas industry.
