Screens Of Florida

We are very disappointed by the work done by Screens of Florida.

What we got is far from the flawless results shown on the Phantom Screen website and video.

We weren't told how the screen structure was going to be installed and we ended with a 3" high threshold to step over. All our guests are tripping over it.

The combination of the closing magnets and retractable spring is very strong and makes it retract violently. It's difficult to operate for guests.

It's without mentioning that the screen is furled, but the technician said it was normal.

We called to complain about the height of the threshold and were told by the manager that he would consult with the technician and would call us back, he never did.
