Great local theater for adults and families! Prices are reasonable, convenient, variety of goodies.

Great Theater for the price the service and the selection of titles. Yes the staff are young at the concession. Hello, you are not going to have someone with a Masters Degree serving you milk duds. I have had the occasional goof and missed the movie time and the manager has always accommodated us to the later film. I love this theater.

I love this place!!

Great prices, great projection, many good food selections (especially the perfectly air fried French fries), and very friendly staff. The movie selection rotates quickly, so better see a new movie the first couple of weeks.

My only complaint is the older adults that do have enough common sense to shut their phones off during the movies! If your Facebook updates are that important, then perhaps you should stay at home and tend to them.

I am glad the folks writing negative reviews are no longing going to this theater, less rude customers to deal with. It is not the theater's fault that a parent takes an 8 year old to a PG13 movie. Be a parent, do your research before going, stop blaming everyone else for your laziness! You want to eat your own food, then watch a movie at home!

West Orange 5 keep up the good work! You are my theater of choice.

This is the best possible movie house. Best prices, best food, best films, best people.

More of us with something positive to say need to take the time to speak up in order to

dilute the venom of these vicious crybaby complainers! You can bet that these naysayers continue to patronize WO5 because (despite their negativity) they know that the is the best value and experience to be found in Orlando area.

Extremely rude management and staff. I was appalled to hear how they treated a customer of theirs. They will never get my family or friends business, and I will make sure to let everyone I know to go elsewhere. I've been to this movie SEVERAL times with my family. It's unfortunate that our sunday family outings will just have to be moved elsewhere.

By the way, this is the same business as West Orange 5.

My son went to this theater with his family on numerous occations but tonight he was treated like garbage and the police was called on him. Why? Because his little boy (8) was afraid of a monster in a movie (Jack the giant killer) they were watching and the monster came into the movie an hour after the movie started. My son asked for a refund and was told they would give him other tickets to return or go see another movie that was going to end in 20 minutes. He requested a tefund and asked to speak to the manager who in turn was the owner who refuse to give my son the refund or other tickets because she changed her mind. What kind of business is this that belittles customers in front of their child . Please do not go to this theater lot you will be acused of HARRASING the employes if you speak up for your rights and get threatened to get the police called which my son called himself.

A great place to save money on films and concessions. Some rooms here are very small so best to scope out the auditorium first. I have found lately that the personell operating the facility are often, "immature" with poor customer service/people skills. I was barked at for bringing a small box of candies in although I still purchase many concession items. When I was upset about this, the woman in the box office (who also acted as the doorperson) threatened to "throw me out" for showing my resentment. When I asked for a manager she took it upon herself to also represent that title as well!
