Camille Chapline, Psy.D., LMFT

Dr. Chapline spent majority of the time in our sessions belittling me and talking about how her problems are much worse than the ones I'm enduring. I can go on and on about her unprofessionalism and callous behavior. Here is a copy of the email I sent her:



I left last week's session feeling insulted. I do not think it is ever okay to be disrespectful to a client. Your continuous unpunctuality and condescending nature show me that you do not care about your patients. You made this very clear on Thursday when you discussed how much you get paid, and that it is not the "$200,000 a year that it used to be." I found that statement to be extremely unprofessional. I was letting you know that my schedule would not allow for this Thursday, which fully abides by your 24-hour rule. It is not okay to reprimand me because you want more money. In fact, most sessions you began twenty minutes late, and ended them early or right on time. You were literally getting paid in full for half of a session.

First, I found Dr. Chapline to be rude, speaking with a condescending tone. Second, she always made me wait 15 mins or more in the waiting room and she'd always end the 1 hr. session right on time, though we had started late because of her. Third, she is not kid-friendly, at all! Fourth, she will fire you as a client if you miss too many appointments, even if you have given her the required 24 hour notice each time you wouldn't be able to make it. I am now very happy with my new therapist. There is much better out there.

Dr. Chapline is the most excellent therapist I have ever known.She has so many capabilities and is able to find hidden reasons for continued problems and heal the issues.
