Stagecoach Transportation Service

In response to Marilyn's review back in 2018.
I like to clarify that we are Stagecoach Transportation based in Ocala, FL. Couple of things are not facts about our business 1) she mentions being referred to "private car service", she called for a different service and was referred to the private? we ONLY offer private service , NO shuttle vans or buses. 2) since we've been in business a staff member named Shannon has NEVER been part of our team. We are a family owned and operated business. And proud of our professionalism and reliability.

We are extremely upset with this company. We needed to be at the airport for a flight.They weren't able to accomadate us at time needed. They refered us to their private cars. We called Shannon she said no problem I will be there at 6am. I will call when I get up she told us. The cost was 150.The morning of the flight no call at 530. We called her 2x no answer at 6am.We were stuck no transportation. We needed to make the flight.She never called or came to get us.I would NEVER use them again and told all my friends.I will report this company and Shannon.Don't rely on this company you will never make your flight.

Without a doubt, the best service in Ocala. Courteous drivers who pick you up at the baggage claim and do all the bag toting. Lovely, clean and comfy Town Cars which, for two people or more, is less money than a bumpy shuttle. And they pick you up and go directly to your destination, no more multiple stops all over the Villages. Once, when an item was left in the trunk, they delivered it to our house the next day. They make you feel like VIPS.

if you want a car to pick you up at your door and/or at the aiport they are great! They have "meet and greet" service at the aiport (they meet you at baggage claim/driver has a a sign and your name on it. And there is no extra charge)and you are the client so you are not driven all over town before reaching your destination. Vehicles are nice town cars and drivers are very courteous. i've used them several times now! Cristina
