Sears Auto Center

The paddock mall is a really nice place to shop.. Unfortunely Sears has let me down.. Yes they do have great product and it is very clean..BUT there customer service is below par..I took my grandmother to get a new dishwasher ,first the sales guy was rude and tried to sell us the highest priced dishwasher they had useing that its 20debs below the louder one ..HELLO.. My grandmother cant really hear to well bad sales angle..Second after getting a new sales person and having to order the new dishwasher sice they dident have any of there sale model's on hand or the other 5 we would of taken..Funny they did have that $700.00 model on hand.. So I called to pick it up on the schedule date on the receipt and waitting till 5pm till they unload there truck.. not the best way to do bussiness sears get some sales training for your sales people...

I wanted to give this Sears Auto a chance before writing this review because I figure that every store has a bad day. Today is the last straw. This is the THIRD time in a row I have received very poor service. My pregnant wife with 2 of our other little kids simply wanted a new battery. Express Service, right? Well, they kept lying saying "just a few more minutes, just a few more minutes". This was after 2 hours of waiting. It ends up they completely skipped our car and didn't bother to tell us. Several months ago I went in for a battery on my other car. 3 hours!!!!! Their excuse was they were low on staff. This is a VERY poorly run Sears Auto. I know it's near the mall and you figure it's convenient to go there but I highly recommend that you do not. It is a total waste of your time.
