        I only gave this place one star because i had to. This by far is the WORST realty company i have EVER delt with in my whole renting history. They are horrible at answering a phone there, i could call a few times a day and maybe (a big MAYBE) someone would answer the phone once. Communication sucks and lies are nothing are nothing to be told there!

        When i moved into my place i was told it would be cleaned because it was filthy when i went to go look at it! When i moved in, It was not cleaned, all the baseboards had dirt and hair about an inch thick, the carpets were dirty from the last person who lived there and had hard stains from a child spilling something, the walls looked like someone threw dirt and food against them for a whole year and never cleaned it off, i had to paint the whole downstairs (with my own paint, that i bought with my own money) because it was a mixture of colors from all the last tenants including a baby/poop greenish brown (the pictures shown were ones of the house when they first bought it im guessing because nothing looks the same) Almost every wall looked like someone sat and put thier feet or hands all over it, the white walls were black with dirt. I was given a credit on my deposit to clean fans and blinds (probably 2 of the cleanest things in the house minus a little bit of dust)!

        I tried to talk with the owner about the problems i was having with the house as well as the property manager not giving a crap and he told me "Thats not my problem, you need to speak with the property manager"! he wouldnt listen to a damn thing i was telling him!

        Between the house falling apart since i moved in, appliances not working and it taking FOREVER for the property manager to answer back and to have it fixed, the bugs, flooding in the home, and the whole "company" (if you can call it that) not really giving a crap, i wouldnt recommend renting from this place if they were the last option on earth! I would rather live under a bridge then in one of thier beat down raggedy houses! They have managed to duck and dodge every phone call or email so time to file with the BBB. Good luck for anyone else renting from these people, but dont say you havent been warned!

        If your wanting to sell or buy a home and call them GOOD LUCK!! getting a call back the day you call, however they do call back the next 1 or 2 days later but they call when your not home, at work, etc. and you call back to them you always get a machine and leave your message and then it's the same cycle over and over again you just can't talk to no agent. So I suggest move on to another company that wants to make money and work with you because if they do this phone thing that they are doing now you might lose a buyer for your home. This tells me these people make enough money and really don't need your bussiness.

        Overall my shopping experience was good considering there were so many homes to look at. My realtor from Realty Executives new about short sales and foreclosures.
