Peppertree Immediate Care Med

I just went to the clinic. My first time being there, positive experience. I didnt have insurance, but they were still able to help me. I had to pay for the office visit and a few other tests, but I was quite surprised at how reasonable the prices are. The staff was very caring and sincere, and the wait time was only 10 minutes from the time I filled out the paperwork until I saw Dr. Benjamin.

I just took my daughter to Peppertree Immediate Clinic. The staff and doctor are wonderful. The doctor had a great bedside manner and did so well with my 3 year old. I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor and i wasn't even at the clinic long. He also called her prescription in so I just had to swing by and pick it up. The clinic is clean and neat and so is the staff. I had to pay for the visit, but they gave me a superbill to get reimbursed. The prices were good and the care was great. I would recommend to anyone!

My Husband and I went to Doctor Benjamin it cost us $900.00 between the two of us. When it was time to get test results he called my husband and gave the results over the phone. When I called to get my results he said I had to come in, when I did he said it would cost me another $75.00 to get the results. I said I didnt have it and wouldnt pay for it, after a while his nurse told me that the tests were negative and to go home and finish the antibiotics that he had given me the first time. A month later I (not my Husband, who had same tests) got a bill from a lab for another $160.00. He is Just in it for the Money. Will never again trust this doctor.

My experience was great, facility was very clean, receptionist was very friendly and courteous, and the Doctor was very professional, great bedside manner. I was taken back with in a few minutes of arrival. Costs were very competitive.

Would never go there again -- even though they are literally "right down the street" from me. Poor customer service. In both of my experiences, the doctor has not even been at the office, but rather 20-30 minutes away and had to be called. Said on their board outside they took my insurance, but they didn't. Paid cash, they didn't have enough money to give me back ($25) so they insisted that I take a pregnancy test, which just so happens to cost $25. I overheard the conversation between the doctor and the receptionist, so I know it to be true. Never really told me what he felt the problem was, so therefore, the trip was unsuccessful and I still had to pay $200!!! Never again!!
