This shop is rude and inconsiderate of the customers time. I went there to receive a back piece and the artist waited until the day of our scheduled appointment to draw the sketch while I waited because he didn't have the time to do it. When I changed artists hoping that the issue was just a fluke I was surprised to find out the overall lack of customer service what the standard of this shop. There is no communication and they will give you what they want and complain and be very rude when the customer doesn't accept such treatment. They need to realize they are being paid for a service that they should provide, if not professionally, politely. The only good artists have either left or are planning to leave this shop and they will be left with artists that have shotty line work and only do well on pieces that they enjoy. Very inconsistent!

They were friendly and prices fare for being on sr200.. i was impressed. I thought it be more expensive untill i got a price. Dont know why anyone would go any where else around here. And I tryed 4 different shops.

Dont go they only care about money and talk about how broke they are in front of coustmers.... I got a memorial tattoo because I lost my baby and the guy told me he normally passed small delcate work to other people and I told he didnt have to do it and he goes I need the money... I could not believe he could say that after I was trying to move on from a loss. Tattoo artist only care about the money these days so sad.
