        Should be zero stars...company does not honor the 10 year non-prorated warranty. Was told by the mattress manufacturer that IF they honored the warranty I would have to drive the mattress to Orlando so they could fix it. IF they honor due to one small stain on the corner of the mattress, their warranty states stains (plural) not stain. WTF! No where in the warranty does it state that I have to drive to Orlando. Then I was told that since I didn't purchase a mattress protector from them it voided my warranty. Again, WTF, no where does it state that in the warranty. The owner Chris Wilson told me that if I didn't want to take advantage of the warranty, and drive it to Orlando then oh well! I am a senior on Social Security Disability how can I afford to rent a truck and drive the mattress to Orlando. DO NOT PURCHASE A MATTRESS FROM THIS COMPANY.         Great customer service and the best prices in town. My wife and I shopped numerous places around town and this was by far the best in pricing and quality..they even have a comfort guarantee which put us at ease about our purchase
