Larry B - Tucker came to the house and was very professional - he tested our existing water and provided all the information need for us to make a decision - the technician that installed it was coutious and knew what he was doing - he positioned the unit so it did not protrude into the garage - when he cleaned up he did' miss anything - the water is great - there are no more spots in the stainless sink - my wife says her hair is much softer - you can drink the water right out of the tap

Very pleased with the service and installation. Wayne tested our water and proved all the necessary product information for us to make a decision. Larry installed the equipment efficiently and effectively; even aligned the unit in the garage to be less obtrusive. Job well done.

I have been using this company for years to service my culligan water softener. The machine finally stopped working so I got a quote from Ecowater for a new system. I loved how they did not pressure me to buy and made sure I felt comfortable with the decision I made. I did get a new system from Ecowater after getting more quotes. I have had it for about three months now and when they called to check on me i was so impressed with all they have done i decided to post a review.

DO NOT CALL this company unless you have one of their systems in place or want one of their systems. They cannot handle anything outside of their product. I phoned several companies looking for repairs to my reverse-osmosis plant, and this company was the only one which professed to work on this type of system. When the serviceman came out (he was in the area) he took one look at the treatment plant, said he'd "Never seen anything like it in his entire life," laughed hard at the leaks, said it was overkill for a single residence, laughed harder on the phone to his colleagues, shrieked with laughter, slapped his thighs with laughter, and then informed me he couldn't help me, but wrote me an estimate for a brand new EcoWater System, for $5500 which had a mandatory service contract to keep it in warantee,. It seemed cheesy that they said they would give me a trade-in credit on the old equipment, yet leave the old stuff there. And after taking an $89 plus tax payment (for DOING NOTHING BUT LAUGH) he left, still wagging his heading and laughing.

Really like the guy that came out to test my water, he was very knowledgeable about water types and plumbing. My water has a rotten egg smell and a rust color. The machine I purchased from them has been in for about 3 weeks now and I can’t imagine why I did get one sooner. The smell and the color are both gone. My Wife is soo much happier with it. The best part is that the machine doesn't need any chemicals or salt. Over all a great company with a great product.

Very poor service. I cannot even get them to return my calls for a new system!
