Balcony Gymnastics & Youth Sports Complex

I had a very unpleasant experience at balcony and I am thankful that as of an hour ago its finally over. My daughters has been in a dance class for the past year. During that time the class went from 15 kids with a waiting list to four (when all showed). Some of the parents wore not happy with the teacher but that was not my issue. I found her pleasant to speak with, my daughter liked her, and I saw progress. She would be continuing at balcony if it were not for the people that run the place. To put it simply they are rude and insanely arrogant. They tried to over charge me twice. Both times I had to explain their mistake for the next 6 mo. Everyone there asked for the money I didn't owe, but no one had the authority to fix there mistakes. The same people would ask every week. I would have paid 5x to shut them up but my wife refused on principle. After months continuous collection efforts I never got the call promised every week from whoever is in charge of billing.
