My father dropped a revolver off at US Tactical for repairs in August 2017. For the next 6 months Jeff May (owner) informed my father monthly that he was still waiting on the parts to arrive in order to begin the repairs. In February 2018 my father asked for the pistol back so he could take my business elsewhere. A week later Jeff called to tell him that the parts came in a few days after my father picked up the pistol but he was unable schedule a time for him to drop it back off in order to finish the repair. Out of aggravation my father took the pistol to Clark Brothers in Warrenton. They repaired the pistol after 10 days and informed him that no replacement parts were needed for the repair. It was just a jammed spring. $40.00 service charge.
