This is an extraordinary company! I would never in this lifetime believe a thing about the review written by Kim. It's upsetting to see such a great, hard working company with amazing caregivers put down in such a way. Those are quite hefty accusations and I'm hoping that Ms. Kim has proof to back up such things because if I were the owner of this company I'd go after her for slander. That aside, home not alone provided for my mother great caregivers. I'd been thru several companies before them and you always run into a few caregivers that are simply there for the money no matter where you go but the difference with Home Not Alone is the kind, caring, friendly staff you will speak with in their office. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs for my mother and I could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend them when searching for care for a loved one and cannot say enough good things about them. I will most definitely be using this agency again if I have any future home care needs and again would never believe such vile things said by this woman.

This company hires anybody, whether they have experience or not. They do not screen their employees. I used them for my late husband and almost every employee was a nightmare. They would make their own hours , if they showed up at all. We constantly had things stolen, everything from clothes to food to money and even medications. The employees were lazy, ignorant, and very disrespectful. I even caught employees sleeping when they should have been caring for my husband. We would ask them not to bring their phones, and they would bring them anyways. They would complain about having to do things that were in their job description, including going to the store, which we lived right next to. They would also complain about us smoking and about our dog, which they knew about before they started the job. One employee of theirs even touched me inappropriately. I found another agency, and we never had any problems like we did with this company. I would never recommend them.
