Sanders Affair Catering

On June 28, 2014 I cried on my wedding day . It was not tears of joy but tears of sadness.chef Sanders is very unprofessional he was yelling at the coworkers and my invited guests .He was late with the food the chicken was raw ,five people got sick due to the chicken being raw and had to leave .The reception guest had to leave because they were tied of waiting to eat and my bridal party did not eat. He did not have enough servers.my reception started at five ,me as the bride did not eat .he brought my food out along with my husband at 9 o'clock at night when the venue closed at 9:30.he has a nasty attitude and disposition.I would never ever in my life refer him to anybody.I had a guests from the Virgin Island ,attorneys ,and lawyers who were very upset about the reception the food his attitude and disposition.
