JVR Impact Windows and Doors

The showroom is spectacular, the service is awesome and the owners are honest and nice people. Highly suggest JVR to anyone.

Showroom is great for those like myself that is a visual buyer..lots of options and windows & doors to see. However, once Brain (Sales Rep) came to my house he walked through quickly spewing out costs for Windows and doors and when I asked him to write it down on an estimate he refused! I was shocked that any sales professional would refuse to put their estimate in writing. When I asked him why he wouldn't put the estimate in writing he then went on to insult me saying "people like yourself don't understand the window business and when the compare estimates it just confuses them and creates too many issues and my word is good." I told him as a sales PROFESSIONAL myself for almost 20yrs I would never not put my proposal in writing as IT is a contract and shows your company's and your integrity. I then asked him to leave my house. Be very careful of anyone who won't put their estimage in writing. Very shady guy.
