Hired to retile a shower. "Lost" the drip rail when he put the shower door back on and won't put on another one. Installed the bottom of the door frame backwards so the shower water pours into the bathroom (made worse by no drip rail). Won't come back to fix that either. Lesson learned: Never pay the complete bill while there is work remaining.
