Pacific light and Electric

Steven Black helped me immensely with three important questions... all in about 20 minutes! I'd stupidly undone a wired fire alarm -- he fixed it, reminded me to do it a different way next time, taught me how to test a 9v battery with my tongue (!) and how to make sure the circuit breaker in question was the proper one, and then came up with a brilliant idea for improving the lighting in our kitchen while probably saving money in the process. Thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, quick service by a person of the utmost integrity. And he didn't make me feel foolish for not knowing these simple things... priceless!
