City Center Elite Nails

I went to this nail salon on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 during the lunch hour for a refill. There were only three ladies in the salon to service five to six people. The technician who helped me was not skilled at all in performing a refill on gel nails with pink and white powder. She did not put the acrylic/gel to the top near the cuticle, damaged my cuticles with the drill, cut into my skin on one nail, somehow she used the sanding block and got the black film under my nail and it dried into the gel/acrylic, and didn't even spread the gel/acrylic to the ends of my nails. The really messed up thing about this is the owner/manager complained the whole time about the nail place upstairs. Allegedly the upstairs-shop stole her choices in smock colors so she gave them her smocks, how the upstairs shop was crank calling her shop and she ���went-off��� on them and how the upstairs-shop clients had come to her to repair their errors. If that is true, both salons are horrible and need to be closed down. Their wasn���t even a sink for you to wash you hands in after your nails were completed. The service in the shop is horrible and I would not recommend this place to an enemy.
