Paper purse had it embroidered back in October it was messed up the embroidery they failed to call me November I called to see if the purse was ready wasn't ready because it was messed up and the embroidery process so they told me they would order another one they failed to order another one I just called 10 days before Christmas and no purse no embroidery no phone call bad business
