Oak Ridge Internal Medicine Associates

I have been trying for days to get in touch with the nurse for my hubby's Dr. Carter, re a prescription refill, and keep getting a recording of the hours to call, and that they are unavailable, and that I cannot leave a message at this #!!! How in the world can I reach them????? I am calling during the correct business hours!!! This is very poor business procedure!!! I want someone to address this situation, as I am sure that I am not the only one having this problem.
