        Overall

        Gassaway's: a family owned garage in Oak Ridge that is honest, reliable, very fair with pricing, job always done right the first time. Have been a customer for over 6 years, wouldn't consider using any other mechanic/garage. They took care of my Mother's old car until she could no longer drive, always treated her with patience, kindness and respect. Absolutely my favorite business in any category! Thanks!

        The worst ever. No knowledge & no customer service. Totally disrespectful. Very bad management. Stupid old guy. Only one good mechanic called Shawn & the rest are dumb & slow
