Royal Furniture

I have been shopping around for furniture for a bit and I finally came across Royal. I was initially helped by Lilly and later I spoke to Joe . They were very accommodating and gave me the best deal by far. It seems like everyone nowadays deals with the same furniture manufacturers but it comes down to price. Joe cut me a great deal and within a few days I had everything delivered to my house. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal on furniture . I will definitely shop here again .

I came into the store looking for a bedroom set and a living room set.

I spoke with a lovely man, Mohammad/Joe, who kindly showed me every catalog he had. He gave me the best prices (I even compared them to online prices) and the best service. I ordered all my furniture AND got my furniture the same day! He offered me free set up and gave me a great deal.

If you're looking for furniture and the best service, this is the place to go to. Hands down the best experience I have ever had in purchasing anything and I know I'm going to come back in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I most certainly would, this is how bad my experience with this "business" was. The owner (Mohammad/Joe) is a liar and CON ARTIST! He goes by two names (didn't find out until after I made my last payment). I'm astounded at how rude and unprofessional he is. He will completely try to sale you over, of course, because that is he's job, but the moment you pay and have a question or concern he won't be able to give you direct answers or try his best to resolve the matter.



I was scheduled to have my furniture delivered on March 1 (made it very CLEAR when I wanted to have my furniture) and didn't receive it until March 9th. I can be understanding and know things happen, but during this process not one courtesy call was given to me explaining the changes, I had to reach out to HIM.



After tears and getting the police involved (yes police were involved) I have my furniture. I will never give Royal Furniture my business again. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
