It;s with serious disappointment that I'm reporting an experience with Bert Wait, the owner, that concerns me regarding an unprofessional encounter with his business. To fill in the specifics, I recently decided to sell a Rolex watch and saw that Bert offered his services with a resale business. When approaching his office to discuss this transaction, I was quoted a price and went home to review that offer. After calling Bert back to accept his offer, it suddenly changed to a lower amount. Once again, I called to negotiate a fair price and Bert said "yes" to come to his office and again the price was lowered when I arrived at his office. This totally unprofessional approach needs to be documented so that others who choose to work with Bert know he is unreliable to keep his word and conduct his business transactions in a professional way. Find someone else. I would not sell my watch to him and advise others to be aware of the bait and switch game.
