        Beautifully Renovated Spacious Apartments. Well Maintained Property. Safe, Clean, Plenty of on-site parking. Beautiful views. On-Site Super & Porter keep the place beautiful. The owner's Mother lives on the property--- and that should tell you a lot about NorthGate.
