Sears Outlet

Bought a scratch and dent Frigidaire refridgerator from this store. Leaked water all over my kitchen floor, ruining it. Sears refused to fix it and they weren't supposed to even be in possesion of this fridge. They bought it at a Lowe's auction where it had been repaired numerous times and badly. Sears insurance company refuses to pay for my floor saying it was our fault be cause Sears has no record of the fixes. Frigidaire refuses to fix my floor because it was an open box and not supposed to be at Sears. Guess who gets screwed and still has no floor 6 months later

This place kept trying to sell me insurance on my refrigerator. I DECLINED. The manager Kory eventually took the price down a few hundred and gave me the insurance for free. Great right? NO! after all of that the unit gets to my home and DOES NOT WORK! When I call the store they tell me I have insurance to call them! I demand to have it picked up and when they process my return they dont give me back the insurance amount. only the amount of the refrigerator. when i call about THAT and i had to call 5 times to get anyone to talk to me, they tell me to call the insurance company for my money back! THE INSURANCE I DID NOT WANT TO BEGIN WITH! if you call there good luck getting a call back. If you want a broken appliance and free insurance not to mention damaged and dented this is the place. I was willing to deal with a few dents but when he siad he would get me a new door and give me insurance for free i thought i was getting a great deal. not a deal if it doesnt work to begin with. i should add i went across the way to sears in the mall and found out they arent even the same company. but got free shipping and was told giving me free insurance is illegal. so if that doesnt say something about this place i dont know what does. DO NOT SHOP HERE. id give zero stars but it forces me to leave 1!
