Dr. Peter P Bullach Jr, MD

Honestly if I could leave 0 stars I would.
I have been going to this practice for over 4 years now and the only reason is for dr. Bullach. If I could see him anywhere else I would.
After today though I WILL be looking for a new doctors office.

It started when I called for an apointment, the lady on the phone was beyond rude to me and helpful in no way shape or form, after asking for an apointment with Dr.. Bullach I was told he couldn't see me AT ALL and I would have to see a different doctor.
Upon coming in to the jam packed doctors office ten minutes ahead of my apointment time (as I was asked) I was not greater by anyone, after sitting for ten minutes i approached the window for a second time and requested to speak to someone.
Once my insurance was handed over to them I heard the ladies complain about my insurance plan.

I then spent over an HOUR in the waiting room, at 4:58 the ladies upfront started to pack up to leave while I and another patient where still waiting. Finally an hour after my apointment time I was finally called back to a room where I waited another 30 minutes for the doctor while I listened to everyone leave. I honestly began to think I had been forgotten.

Now I know anyone reading this might have some issues with what I said about the ladies up front but I will let you know that I have worked in a medical setting similar to this one, and never in my career working there did I ever treat anyone with as much disrespect as I have been treated today.

On that note I will highly recommend Dr. Bullach to anyone just find him at a different practice.
