The company s divisions include industrial, commericial, healthcare, Taft steel and self-performed trades. Its industrial division provides primarily general contraction and design/build services, including new buildings, renovations and additions to both production and non-production areas. DeMaria's commercial division provides construction services that focus on water and waste water, university and college, municipal, K-12 schools and multi unit housing facilities. Its health care division focuses on both inpatient and outpatient healthcare facilities with the majority of work consisting of renovation within an operating facility. The Taft Steel division specializes in structural and miscellaneous steel packages, including flume fabrication, handrails, stairs, mezzanines, embeds and beams and provides these services primarily to DeMaria Building Company and select customers. Finally, its self-performed trade division offers in house capabilities such as concrete, interiors, steel, excavation and demolition.
