Art Van Furniture

Awful. Have a problem everytime I buy something here. Furniture falling apart after 3 months. I just bought a small dresser I had to pick up. 1sr one whole front drawer busted off. 2nd o e scratched up which I had to go and pick up again. Supposed to deliver a 3rd one. Wait 4 days, get delivery call and a service guy shows up to fix a brand new dresser. Are you kidding me. Leather couch scratched on 1sr delivery when guy shoves it through door. 2nd delivery he steps and breaks on a floor lamp. No more artvan ever again.

Do not buy a sofa here. Quality is too bad. My leather sofa starts to peel within 3 years and they refused to repair it even I bought 10 yr warranty. The warranty is totally useless. It is quite limited. (1) If you move a place where Art Van does not cover, your warranty will be void. (2) If you don't notify them a leather problem within 5 days, again they will refuse to repair under warranty. Horrible service. I will not ever buy any of their stuff again!!!

Dishonest. Two different salespeople flat out lied to us to try to get us to buy an item of furniture. We didn't figure out the lie until we'd already spent a long time figuring out all the specifications of the furniture we wanted and had credit card in hand ready to pay. We asked to see the manager, and he was unprofessional and couldn't have cared less about our business. Needless to say, we left the store without finishing the sale and don't ever plan to give them our business.

Just a short note to say we were lied to just to make a sale,we finally cancelled after getting the runaround. Will never buy anything from Art Van again!!!!
