If you have a hot tub and you need service, then you need to call Carl at CBT. My hot tub is 8 yrs old and for the most part, out of manufacturer's warranty. It had a leak - Carl diagnosed and fixed the problem. But, what set his service apart was that he took it a step further and made a change to the mechanism that was leaking to ensure that it won't leak from that point again - he could have easily fixed the leak and left, knowing that the same situation would occur again in a few years - instead, he corrected a flaw in the manufacture of the hot tub. When I need service again, CBT will be the only call I make.
