UPS Customer Center

Received notification that my package was out for delivery yesterday ~9AM, then later, ~11AM, that it was delayed until today d/t "Delay: Emergency Situation or Severe Weather". Received exact same notifications/timeframe today. Called UPS, told they would check with local company who would get back to me... 90min later, so far..nothing. Company mailing package had same lack of helpful response. Clearly don't value customers.

I usually received good service from UPS, however, today I'm disappointed as I was supposed to receive a package on Saturday and it did not show. I've been tracking it for the last 3 days and it has been showing out on the truck for delivery. This morning it showed delivered Tues. at 10:09 pm I called the toll free number and was told that in fact it had misdelivered and gave me the address, told me that since they had no contact number for that location and for me to start an investigation. I mentioned that I did not think their drivers would be out delivering at that time of night, and that recognized the address as one for UPS's and asked for him to check and in fact it was . The agent had no direct access to location ( which I think its not a good policy being a UPS customer service, should have access to all their numbers) The only thing he could do was send them a message and told me to wait for a couple of hours. I dialed the two numbers listed here, one rings and drops, the other has a message to call the toll free number...

ups says i was supposed to get package today but when I didn't receive it I called a t 600pm and they were closed. At least the Post Office will leave a notice.
